Every load, every week

Four steps to payday.

Auto-filled

Every load is already on the payroll.

Every load event linked to a driver autofills in the payroll page for the week. From there you can see the event date, total miles, load value and driver pay. You determine what is shared with drivers and what is hidden in their pay stub.

Adjust:
Your org default is 30%. It's applied to every load automatically. Override it on this load, or per week on the payroll page.
Default pay settings

Set the percent once. Override anywhere.

Pick a default driver-pay percentage and FleetCal applies it to every load. You can easily edit the pay for the load in the calendar, and directly in the payroll page when finalizing the week.

Adjustments

Accessorials, bonuses, and deductions, where they belong.

Whenever you request an accessorial like detention from a broker, just click "pay driver" and the amount is automatically added to the week’s pay stub. Add a safety bonus, fuel advance, or deduction in a couple of clicks.

Defer Payments

Whenever a load runs over the weekend, you can simply push the load's pay into a future week. FleetCal makes the adjustments so both weeks reconcile cleanly.

Before & after

The old way, and the FleetCal way.

Here is what changes the day a fleet moves onto FleetCal.

The manual way
Calculating driver pay

Pull loads from a spreadsheet, calculate each driver’s percentage by hand, check for mistakes.

Running payroll week

Reconstruct who drove what from texts and memory. Disputes happen because nobody kept the same record.

Accessorials, deductions & bonuses

Remember which drivers got advances, accessorials, or bonuses, then add them up by hand and hope the math is right.

With FleetCal
Calculating driver pay

Set a percentage pay rule once per driver. FleetCal calculates every load, and you adjust when closing out the week.

Running payroll week

Every load event is already logged with its driver. Generate the pay summary and export to your payroll tool.

Accessorials, deductions & bonuses

Accessorials, deductions, and bonuses are autofilled or added manually, rolling into the weekly totals automatically.
